Attorney Smith began his legal career as a felony crimes prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted aggravated DUI, leaving the scene and vehicular manslaughter cases.  Taking the knowledge gained from five and a half years as a prosecutor, Mr. Smith has been defending the rights of those accused of crimes since 2008.  Mr. Smith also taught Criminal Procedure as a professor at Everest College.  As both a highly seasoned trial attorney and a vigorous student of criminal law, Mr. Smith has obtained dismissals and substantial reductions in numerous serious cases.
