If you are convicted of DUI while a minor who is fifteen years of age or younger is in the vehicle the court will sentence you pursuant to the guidelines established for a class six felony. 

The sentence may vary depending upon the circumstances however, it will generally range from four months to two years in prison, and probation may be available.
