Incredibly enough, he even threatened to kill the police during the arrest. Travis was also ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and spend at least 30 days in an alcohol addiction treatment facility.

He saw dead people in “The SIxth Sense”, and he also saw trouble with the law. Osment’s bad day began when he crashed his car into a brick mailbox while driving drunk near his home. He overturned the car and sustained numerous injuries. He later plead no contest to the crime and was sentenced to three years of probation and a $1,500 fine.
Sutherland was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles in September of 2007. On its own, this doesn’t seem like all that big of a deal- until you consider that it was his fourth violation. This time, Sutherland served 48 days in jail due to him being on probation for previous DUIs.

In 1984, Vince Neil drove drunk and caused a car accident that killed his passenger, Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas “Razzle” Dingley. Although Neil paid a fine of 2.5 million dollars, Vince Neil was only sentenced to 30 days in jail, a sentence Neil himself confessed “wasn’t tough enough.”
