January 13, 2015

Celebrities are no different than unknowns when it comes to getting in trouble. Of course, most unknowns don’t have to worry about their DUIs becoming worldwide news, like these unfortunate celebs did. Here are some of the most infamous celebrity DUIs of all time!

Randy Travis

Tim McGraw hosts "The Blind Side" Nashville Premiere

This country star sure knows how to get attention. In 2012, Randy Travis was arrested in Texas when police found him naked in the street near his wrecked Pontiac Trans Am. Incredibly enough, he even threatened to kill the police during the arrest. Travis was also ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and spend at least 30 days in an alcohol addiction treatment facility.

Lindsay Lohan

Los Angeles Premiere of Paramount's "Mean Girls" - Arrivals

You knew she’d be on here somewhere, didn’t you? In 2007, Lindsay allegedly hijacked an SUV with three men in it and took it on a drunken joyride down the PCH in 2007. Lohan reached an undisclosed settlement with the victims.

Haley Joel Osment

Haley Joel Osment

He saw dead people in “The SIxth Sense”, and he also saw trouble with the law. Osment’s bad day began when he crashed his car into a brick mailbox while driving drunk near his home. He overturned the car and sustained numerous injuries. He later plead no contest to the crime and was sentenced to three years of probation and a $1,500 fine.

Kiefer Sutherland

24: Redemption NYC Premiere - Screening

Sutherland was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles in September of 2007. On its own, this doesn’t seem like all that big of a deal- until you consider that it was his fourth violation. This time, Sutherland served 48 days in jail due to him being on probation for previous DUIs.

Vince Neil

4th Annual Sunset Strip Music Festival - Tribute To Motley Crue

Motley Crue developed a reputation for partying harder than any band before or since, but their wild ride in the 80’s has a little known and tragic chapter. In 1984, Vince Neil drove drunk and caused a car accident that killed his passenger, Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas “Razzle” Dingley. Although Neil paid a fine of 2.5 million dollars, Vince Neil was only sentenced to 30 days in jail, a sentence Neil himself confessed “wasn’t tough enough.”
